Safety/ Process Safety Perception Survey

We design and conduct Safety and Process Safety Perception Surveys to understand how safety is perceived and practiced across all levels of the organization, from leadership to frontline employees. The survey evaluates attitudes, behaviors, and awareness related to occupational safety and process safety risks, helping identify gaps between documented systems and actual workplace practices. Results are analyzed by role, department, and risk exposure, and presented through structured dashboards and maturity indicators. The findings enable leadership to identify cultural strengths, behavioral weaknesses, and priority focus areas, supporting targeted interventions, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement of safety and process safety culture in alignment with international best practices.
